Christopher is F&B Director and has been part of the world-class hotels including the NoMad Hotel New York, and more recently was Project Manager for the new build of Daniel Humm’s Davies and Brook restaurant at Claridge’s Hotel, London. He is currently F&B working on the Nomad Hotel London, due to open December 2020.
