Thomas is an entrepreneur at the intersection of business and technology, Nuclear Power engineer by training with business experiences in Europe and Australia. Managing Director of The Impactery, helping deeptech startups to raise money in Europe, with a focus on London and Paris ecosystems.

Prior to founding The Impactery, Thomas co-founded PadoTech in Australia related to renewable energies production combined with hydrogen storage and Hysteresis in France helping private companies and public research institutes to form R&D consortiums in the energy sector. Thomas has also worked for an engineering consulting company in the Aerospace sector and lead call for tenders for Airbus.

Thomas has a strong academic record including an MSc from Grenoble Institute of Technology in Nuclear Power and a Specialized Master in Entrepreneurship from EM Lyon business school.
